Calogero lo Bosco, son of Filippo lo Bosco and Maria Gennaro, is born and baptized on 26 June 1796 in Corleone. His godparents are Calogero di Miceli and his wife, Calogera.[1]
Calogero is 21 when he marries Leoluchina Praino (this name is also spelled “Piranio”), daughter of the late Mariano Piranio and the living Paola Saltaformaggio, on 10 May 1818.[2]
Calogero and Leoluchina have at least three children: Leoluchina (c. 1821), Maria (c. 1825), and Antonino (c. 1841).
I estimate Leoluchina is born within a few years of her parents' marriage. She is named after her paternal grandmother.
I estimate Maria is about twenty when she marries.
I have estimated Antonino is the same age as his first wife.
