Priscilla, child of Arthur & Elizabeth Lucy, was born on 26 April 1860 in Norwood.[1]
Priscilla married William Scott Owen on 27 August 1884 in Northam & Appledore, Devon, England.[2] Their marriage was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1884 in the Bideford district.[3]
In the 1891 census Priscilla (age 29) was the wife of William S Owen in Cefn-Gwyfed, Tregynon, Newtown, Montgomeryshire, Wales.[4]
