Witness at his friend Bertrand Trutau's Marriage

  • On 30 Jun 1716, in Notre-Dame de Montréal, Bertrand Trutau 27 year old son of the late Etienne Trutau and Adrienne Barbier married Marie Anne Gervaise 21 year old daughter of Charles Gervaise and Marie Boyer. Witnesses included the bride's father and several other named relatives. Multiple signatures on the register including the bride and groom and (Vincent) Lenoir. [7] Bertrand Trutau was godfather to Marie Josef Lenoir born 2 months later.

Vincent died on 15 Sept 1734, funeral held at Notre-Dame de Montréal the next day[8]

Marie Galipeau died in turn 20 Jun 1755, funeral on 21st, in Montréal (ND).[9]
