Biography

Toby Leech IV was a William Penn fleet passenger.

Toby was born in 1680. He was the son of Toby Leech and Esther Ashmead.[1]

“Toby Leach son of Toby and Esther Leech was bound yd 22 9 mon 1680”[2]

Tobias married Hester, maiden name unknown. After his death she m2 Joseph Duffield, whose wife had d 1736. Hannah d bef 19 Oct 1748 when Letters of Administration were issued.

He was mentioned in his father Toby’s Will proved in 1726 as Toby Junr..[3]

He passed away about 1727. “Leech, Toby 376 March 16, 1727[4]
