Armand Adolphe Lebouc was born on April 9, 1869 in Saint-Gervais-du-Perron, Orne, Normandie, Francia, son of Julien Michel Lebouc (1847– ) and Marie Virginie Victorine Ménager (1851–1880).

Armand married Rachel Désirée Desguets (born in 1873 in Sées, Orne). Their children were:

• Eugene Amand Lebouc (1895– )
• Juliette Madelaine Lebouc (1897–1977)
• Eugénie Fernande Lebouc (1900–1979)

Armand died in 1944 in Damigny, Orne, aged 74.
