Biography

Louis was born 22 Mar 1763. He was the son of Pierre Audet and his wife Marie Tibault. He was baptized the same day in St-Charles (Bellechasse), godparents were Louis Michon and Angelique Drapeau, no signatures. [1]

On 30 Jul 1782, in St-Charles (Bellechasse), Louis Odet son of Pierre Odet and Thérèse Thibaut married Marie Angelique Lepage daughter of Jean Baptiste Lepage and Marie Geneviève LeRoux. Witnesses included the bride's father and other named relatives, no signatures. [2]

On 31 May 1824, in St-Frédéric-de-Drummondville, Louis Lapointe adult widower of Angelique Page married Josephte Carmel (sp?) adult widow of André Cassé(sp?). [3]

No burial record has been found for him.

PRDH does not have parents listed for his second wife, Josephte Carmel. The text suggests she is the widow of an André possibly last name Cassé but no André Cassé married to a Josephte Carmel in the Drouin collection.
