Jeff Landry is an American politician and attorney who is serving as the current governor of Louisiana, having been elected in October 2023. A member of the Republican Party, Landry has served as the 45th attorney general of Louisiana since 2016 and previously served as the U.S. representative from Louisiana's 3rd congressional district from 2011 to 2013.
