Hi Celeste: Thanks for the recent addition to the Francois Xavier Lamoureux - Celina LaBossiere family. I have all of the records for the other children and will eventually add them, but I am working my way through my records in a systematic order so I don't miss any families. I am only about half way through generation six and these children are generation seven (On the Labossiere side, counting the original Labossiere ancestor in North America as generation 1).

Hi Celeste: I found all of the birth and death information for Edouard Martin and Eleonore Lamoureux. I am sure you will see my updates on their profiles. Thanks for the help. It was easy to find the Massachusetts death records with your tips of the dates and locations. I just wish the rest of New England records were as easy to find as those of MA. Cheers, Jim P.S. The MA records are not fully indexed yet, but I have developed a good trick to find the right film and town. In these two cases, the two records were indexed, so it was quite a quick search.

Hi Celeste: Thank you for helping to build the cross connections between the Lamoureux - LaBossiere families. It is nice to work together on these profiles. I appreciate all of your help.

I have found six direct marriages between Lamoureux - LaBossiere so far and I am sure there are more. This year, I hope to complete adding the sixth generation of the LaBossiere family in North America to WikiTree. I am currently researching the seventh generation and have about 60 families left. It is slow going when they have moved to New England as some States do not have very good records available easily. I use FamilySearch and Ancestry extensively for the U.S. records, but some are just not to be found. Jim LaBossiere

Thank you for finding the correct profiles for Marie Angelique and for Elizabeth Agnes. I have no idea how I missed them. I also searched for barbe Viot, so apparently I need to become more proficient at searching!

Good news is that there will be an mtDNA result back to Barbe Viot in a couple months.
