Biography
Valbert was the son of Ermer and Lydia Kring. In 1920, the family of three was living in St. Louis, Missouri, where Elmer was a druggist.
Val married Rose Betteken in St. Louis when he was 20 years old. His mother signed the consent for the marriage since he was under 21.[1]
Val and Rose were the parents of a daughter and a son. He died at age 79 and is buried at Resurrection Cemetery in Afton, Missouri.[2]
