Biography

Joe was born in 1887. He was the adopted son of Daniel Phillips and Angeline Morgan. He passed away in 1941.

Joe Knox was enumerated in the Phillips household in the 1900 census. There he is called nephew, and is listed right after Mary A Knox, likely his sister.
