High Morrow Sr. Is my 3rd Great grandfather. High 1, John 2, Annie 3 married William Lee Sr., Florence Roberta Lee Knobloch was my grandmother. I've also been in contact with Robin Jackson, grand daughter of William Edward Lee Jr. Your ancestors?
Because Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within a project coordinating them is essential. Please ensure location data matches dates of profile, avoid abbreviations, add sources with citations & links for sources to support the data. From wiki ID go to Research to find sources
The United States Project would be of interest. Adding the tag UNITED_STATES will connect you

You say "my" John Arnold does not fit your family tree and needs to be "eliminated" from "your" tree. Unlike Ancestry.com we do not have separate trees. WikiTree is ONE family tree with one profile unique to each person.
I have created many profiles. Please give me the link to or the unique identifier of the John Arnold in question. If you linked him to another family, accidentally, we can easily fix that. Thank you. jan
Working with a GEDCOM file at WikiTree is different from most other sites. We make your data available for your use in the profile creation step, alleviating the need to type it all, but giving you a chance to make adjustments. One of our mentors created a tutorial for the GEDCOMpare process that explains how to use it most efficiently.
Depending on which program created your GEDCOM, your sources may or may not have transferred. If they didn't, please take a moment as you are creating the profiles to copy the sources from the original location and paste them in the sources box. Our community's commitment to reliable sources is what makes WikiTree stand out from the other online trees.
