In the 1900 census Otis (age 5) was the son of Columbus Knapp in Big Creek Township, Fulton, Arkansas, United States.[1]

In the 1910 census Otis (age 14) was the son of Christopher C Knapp in Big Creek, Fulton, Arkansas, United States.[2]

Otis was in a military record in 1917-1918 in Fulton, Arkansas, United States.[3]

Otis was in the military and died on 20 April 1964 in Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas, United States.[4]

In the 1920 census Otis (age 24) was the single son of Columbus Knapp in Fulton, Arkansas, United States.[5]

In the 1940 census Otis (age 40) was the married lodger of Alvine Owens in Cape Girardeau Township, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States.[7]
