Biography

Howard was born in 1926. He served in the US Army during the Korea Conflict. He was married to Virginia Ann Steen. When he passed away in 2006, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida. His wife is buried next to his grave.
