Name Changed from Osmer Eugene Kinne to William Osmer Emerson about 1892 or 93 in Omaha, Nebraska. Osmer Eugene abandoned his family in Omaha Nebraska between 1902 and1905, he has never been seen or heard from again. at that time he was 50 years old and it being over 150 years since birth we are assuming he has passed away, Date and Place are UNKNOWN. NOTE There is no record of this Name Change or any subsequent legal activities because of the 1920 riot that burned down the Omaha and Douglas County Court House and jail.
