Emery married Dorothy Ann Riley in Milford, New Hampshire, 27 Apr 1937.^[2]

Emery passed away in 2001 and was buried in Honolulu, Hawaii.^[3]

Emery is descended from Mayflower passengers Francis Cooke, Edward Doty and Samuel Fuller.^[4]
