Sarah Lathrop on October 16, 1755.[3] She was the daughter of John and Sarah (Edson) Lathrop of the West Parish of Bridgewater, Mass. She died November 16, 1789, aged 89 years, and lies buried in the graveyard on the road leading from what is known as "Jerusalem" to West Bridgewater.

Alexander served in the military during the Revolutionary War.[5]
Probate
The will of Alexander Kingman of Bridgewater, yeoman was dated 6 June 1793 and proved on in Plymouth. He mentioned his wife Abier (executor), Seth Thrasher, his brother, Adam Kingman, and Sarah Kingman, daughter of Adam Kingman. His wife declined to be the executor of his will, and Seth Thrasher was appointed.[6]
His inventory was taken on 22 December 1794 in Bridgewater.[7]
In 1795, a list of claims and creditors was recorded.[8]
An account of his estate by Seth Trasher was recorded which included, the sale of real estate, real estate found to belong to someone else, loss in the sale of real estate, allowance and support to the widow, provisions for the family, doctor in his last sickness, funeral costs, surveying, appraisers, taxes, and administration fees. The balance of the estate was proportioned to pay the creditors.[9] His widow Abiah received her dower.[10]
