Biography
Lilian was born in 1899. She passed away in 1993.
Lilian's birth was registered by the warden of Ormskirk Workhouse. No father was recorded. There is no trace of the mother in subsequent census data. Lilian was brought up by her uncle and aunt.
Lillian was christened on 19 Mar 1899 at the church of St Peter and St Paul in Ormskirk, Lancashire. She was the daughter of Mary Jane King (single woman of Southport). [1]
