Biography
Melvina King, daughter of James D. King and Mary Ann (Lawrence) (Owen) King[1] was born about 1 September 1865 in Independence County, Arkansas.[2] She appeared on the census of 14 September 1870 in the home of her parents at Black River, Independence, Arkansas.[3]
She married William Isaac Robinson on 6 July 1879 in Jackson County, Arkansas.[4][1]
She and William appeared on the census of 12 June 1900 at Kansas City Ward 6, Wyandotte, Kansas.[5]
Melvina died on 8 May 1951 and was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery, Chickasha, Grady County, Oklahoma. Her memorial has a photo and links to those of family members.[2]
