Research Notes
Likely first marriage in New York in 1873 with Thomas Johnson.[5]
This marriage record is a transcript only and Annie's parents were transcribed as Keasork and Lyda.
And an attributed child, John K. Johnson born in 1874.[6]
The attributed marriage to Clement Bancroft in Boston in 1883 may be another person. The parents listed are "Lydia and Reason," but other information is questionable. Her place of birth is shown as Richmond, VA and the marriage is said to be her first.[7]
The attached reference to a death record in Philadelphia has no support in the currently available research.
