Will of Judith Ann Howe: I Judith Ann Howe of Maysville Mason Co KY do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following: My house and lot situated in Maysville to my daughters Mrs Isabella Bland, Anna Marshall Newell and Mrs Jennetta N Weimer to be equally divided, if one should die it should go to the other two surviving, and so on if two should die. If I should die before my building association stock is paid up I think it would be best to rent it until that is paid out, and then you can dispose of it as you think the best. What is in the house you can divide or sell. My life insurance policy, if one should die, shall go to the other two surviving. I appoint my three daughters as my executors without bond. In witness whereof I set my hand and affix my seal this 21st day of April 1899. Judith A Howe, J H Rains Witness. Will was proved in court 18 Aug 1913
