Thank you for the excellent work on Elizabeth Stother. I've had in my possession for many years the work of LW King, Jeane King Galau, and Ruth Clinger Walker Sims on the early Kings. I've corrected the Elizabeth Waggoner error on my Ancestry tree. Thomas King and Elizabeth Strother are reunited.

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz, Vince!

Pre-1700 ancestors can be shared by many descendants, so collaboration is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.

Sources are very important here on Wikitree, especially on Pre-1700 profiles. It is how we show where we got the info and helps others find it too. Find out more about Pre-1700 Profile sourcing here and source citation info here.

The Virginia project or United States project may fit your research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.

If you have any questions, click “reply” below this message and I will get back to you.
