Biography
Frederick was born in 1896 the son of William Robert King and Emma Jane (Dawe) King, and his birth was registered in the 3rd quarter of that year in Taunton, Somerset. He was christened at St Mary Magdalene's Church, Taunton on the 6th December 1896. They were living in Tancred Street, Taunton.[1][2][3]

1901 Census on the 31st March 1901 Frederick was living at 5 Union Gate, Taunton with his parents William and Emma and his siblings Alice and William.[4]
1911 Census on the 2nd April 1911 Frederick was living in Newgate Lane, Golden Hill, Wiveliscombe, Somerset with his parents William and Emma and his siblings William and Edith.[5]
Frederick married Laura Taylor and the marriage was registered in the 4th quarter 1919 in Taunton, Somerset.[6]
