Wingfield Charles Gerald King was born in 1886. He was the son of Gerald King and Dora Sandes.
In 1905 the 19 year old Wingfield boarded the Teutonic in Liverpool for America where he is recorded at Ellis Island as an immigrant.[1]
He married, firstly, Annabell Mae Brown in 1912; she died in 1914. He married, secondly, Lena Mae Stewart in 1915. He married, thirdly, Mamie Greene Slusser after 1934.[2]
He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Canadian Army. He passed away in 1972.[3][4]
