Virgil married Minnie Bieber on 21 November 1906 in Muskingum County.[2] She died on 21 October 1908, just days after the birth of their daughter, Dorothy.
Virgil married Bertha Vensil Wohlheter on 28 December 1911 in Muskingum County.[3] They were living in Madison Township in 1920,[4] 1930,[5] and 1940.[6]
Virgil died 21 June 1940. Burial was at Dresden Cemetery.[7]

According to marriage certificate, his first wife was Minnie Bieber, father "Jacob Beaver" mother "Dorothy Tire". She is Minnie on the birth of her daughter. According to F/G, she is Minerva Bieber Theurer King, the daughter of Jacob Theurer B 1836 and Josephine A Eschman B 1846. She dies, sometime after the birth of their daughter (according to a source on Ancestry, she is in a hospital for the insane at the time of her death). By 1920 he is married to his second wife Bertha.
