Robert A King was enumerated as head of the household at 413 West, Ward 8, Talladega, Election Precinct 5, Talladega County, Alabama for the April 10, United States Census, 1940. He was noted as born 1888 in Alabama and married. He rented a home and was a weaver (cotton milll) as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Ada M King, son Hugh King, daughter Ruby N King, daughter-in-law Millie King and brother-in-law Eaf M Morrow.^[1]
