KING AND REID

At St. Raphael's Church Carrieton, the wedding was solemnised by the Rev. Dr. Prendegast of Terence G. second son of Mr and Mrs. J. King, Moockra, to Louisa E. fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Reid, Boolcunda. The bride; who entered the church on the arm of her father, was frocked in ivory satin and georgette. The ankle-length skirt was tucked on hips, and had a lover's knot to cornelli work on the front panel. A tulle veil with sprays of orange blossom and pearls, fell to form a train. The bride carried a sheaf of white and pink flowers. The bridesmaids. Misses Agnes and Winnie Reid (sisters of the bride) were frocked in lemon and pink floral georgette. They carried sheafs of lemon and pink flowers.

The best man and groomsman were Messrs. Jack King and Mullins. After the ceremony the wedding breakfast was held in the Carrleton Hotel. The bride travelled in black crepe satin ensemble, relieved with pale pink, and black hat.
