Biography

Gladys Pearl KING was born in 1904 in Warragul, Victoria, Australia[1]. Her parents were William Edward KING and Isabel GAPES.

Benjamin HAMILTON and Gladys Pearl KING were married on 26 July 1926 in Northcole, Victoria, Australia[2].

They had 3 children.

Gladys sought a divorce from Benjamin in 1937 on the grounds of desertion and a decree nisi was granted on 23 June 1937[3]

She passed away on 18 February 1974 in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia with the name Gladys Pearl AITCHESON[4] and was interred at the Footscray General Cemetery on 20 February 1974[5]
