Biography

Laura Jenett King was born April 5, 1879 in Franklin Township, Columbiana, Ohio, United States.[1][2][3] Her parents are Robert Woodside King and Wife Eliza Jane Brown.

At age 1, on June 1, 1880, she was living on a farm with her parents and eight siblings in Franklin Township.[4]

On December 26, 1899, Laura married Milo J. Shaw in Columbiana County, Ohio.[5] (This is a second marriage for Milo.) Their child is

  1. Gladys Shaw

On June 29, 1900, she is living with her husband and his daughter, Iva May Shaw in East, Carroll County, Ohio.[6]

On April 23, 1910, she is living with her husband, their daughter Gladys and her stepdaughter Iva in East, Ohio.[7]

On January 13, 1920 she is living with her husband, their daughter, and her stepdaughter in Alliance, Stark County, Ohio.[8]

At the time of her father's death in August 1926, she lived in Alliance, Stark, Ohio, United States.[9]

On April 9, 1930 she is living with her husband, their daughter Gladys Warkey, son-in-law Louis J. Warkey, and granddaughter Lola Mae Warkey in Alliance, Stark County, Ohio.[10]

On August 19, 1940, she is retired and living with her husband, still in Alliance, Ohio.[11]

Laura died February 4, 1947 in Ohio, USA.[2]
