Ethel Maud Kettlewell was born about 1901 in Queensland, Australia. She was the daughter of Thomas Kettlewell and Margaret Bedsor. [1]
Ethel married war veteran James Crane on 4th October 1920 in Brisbane, Queensland. [2] They made their home in Bundaberg, Queensland.
Ethel was left widowed in 1942 when James died of injuries sustained whilst he was serving in the Volunteer Defence Corps.
She passed away on 19th February 1981 in Queensland. [3]
