Biography

Charlotte (Kendall) Cooper was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Charlotte Marian Kendall was born on January 12, 1884 in Petersham, Colony of New South Wales, daughter of Robert Chapman Kendall (1860–1939) and Marian Bullard (1859–1940).[1]

Charlotte (27) married Volney Oscar Cooper (26) (born on February 26, 1885 in Milton, Colony of New South Wales; son of Robert James Cooper and Mary Anne Ilett) in 1912 in Mosman, New South Wales.[2] Their children were:

  • Lottie Marian Cooper (1913– )
  • May Cecile Cooper (1915–1979)
  • Dorothy Roberta Cooper (1917–1999)
  • Robert Volney Cooper (1924– )

Charlotte died on November 10, 1971 in Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia, aged 87.[3] She is commemorated at Woronora Memorial Park, Sutherland, Sutherland Shire, New South Wales.[4]
