Biography

Ethel was born in 1886.^[1] The Kendall family was living in Madison Township in 1900.^[2]

Ethel married Leonard Parks in 1904.^[3] They were living in Franklin Township, Coshocton County in 1910.^[4] They were in Cass Township, Muskingum County in 1930.^[5]

Ethel died in 1943.^[6]
