Biography
Florence was born about 1913 in New York to Bernard J. Kelly and Mary Hart.[1] In 1920, she and her family were living in Manhattan, New York. Her father was employed as a clerk. [2]
She married Hilmar Larsen on September 30, 1931 in Manhattan, New York. Her parents are listed as Bernard J. Kelly and Mary Hart.[3]
She passed away around 1969 and is buried with her husband, Hilmer, in Massachusettes.[4]
Research Notes
- Might be coincidence, there was a marine war hero Everett F. Larson who had a destroyer named after him. His mother christened the boat and is named in the article at Mrs. Hilmer Larson. The North Adams Transcript (North Adams, Massachusetts) 04 Apr 1945, WedPage 7 - Not her. His mother is Hilma.
