Biography

Harlon was born in 1920 in Arkansas. He was the son of John Jones and Margaret (Billings) Jones. He passed away in 2015 in Texas.^[1]

Harlon served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII aboard USS LST-26 which spent most of its time in the South Pacific.
