I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.

Please keep in mind that our vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Thank you for taking the time to go through your gedmatches.

In my genealogical search of several branches of family members, the link to WikiTree came up. What I found were several of my family member listings — some of which contained several errors on their profiles. Since I have this documented information I would like to edit as appropriate, as well as add to WikiTree as I have new information to offer. I and my mother have nine file cabinets full of old family information that we are working with now, and I know that some of it will be of value to others on our extended family tree!
