NOTE: Birthdate/place 22 Feb 1751, Derby, New Haven, CT is NOT correct. It's for the other Abner Johnson who lived 10 miles away.

Abner JOHNSON was the son of Dr. Seth JOHNSON and Hannah EATON (1st wife), born on 29 Mar 1751 in Stafford, Tolland, CT. .

Married on 22 Jun 1780 in Stafford, Tolland Co., CT to Lydia AVERY^[1], daughter of John AVERY and Mehitable BUELL.

Their children were:

1. Lydia JOHNSON Phelps 1780–1874, m. Jabez Baldwin PHELPS.
