Ora Lee (Jewel) Jones is a part of US Black heritage.

Ora Lee Jewel Sumbler was born 1 January 1908 in Louisiana.

Ora Lee said she was married at 15 years old. She may have been born in the Nachitoches, Louisiana area but after she was married she and her husband Sam Jones always lived in the Rapides Parish area. They had several children and a great number of grand children. Sam was a farmer.

Ora Jones passed away 13 September 1989. She is buried in the Liberty Hill Cemetery in Forest Hill, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. ^[1]
