"South Carolina, St. Mark's Parish, 6 August 1786: Will of Thomas William Jenkins, the son of William Jenkins Malster and Storekeeper of the Town of Usk in the county of Monmouth, South Wales and nephew to Walter Jenkins Esqr high Sheriff of the city of Bristol in England; to my daughter Susannah, wife of James Corbet certain property..to Richard Richardson, 40 pounds whom I appoint Executor with my daughter Elizabeth Jenkins; my children Mary Jenkins now in London, Ame Jenkins, Elizabeth Jenkins, Sarah Jenkins, Carolina Jenkins; 6 Aug 1786. Thomas Wm Jenkins (LS), Wit Richd Newman, Benj Corbett, Thomas Richard Davis".[1]
