Biography

Wilda Vivian James was born on 11 July 1932 in Huntington, Angelina, Texas, United States. She was the daughter of Barney James (1906 - 1958) and Corine Vivian (Goodwin) James (1917 - 1967).^[1][2]

When the 1940 United States Census was taken, she was recorded as "Wilder Vivian James," in the household of her parents. They were living in rural Angelina County, Texas.^[3]

She was married to Olan Ernest "Sonny" Riley for 60 years, beginning before 1948. They were the parents of at least 2 children who are likely still living.^[2]

When the 1950 United States Census was taken, Vivian, Olan, one of their children, and a lodger were enumerated as a household in Alice, Jim Wells County, Texas.^[4]

Wilda Vivian (James) Riley died on 4 Nov 2007 in Alice, Jim Wells County, Texas at the age of 75.^[5] She was buried in Roselawn Memorial Park, Alice, Jim Wells County, Texas.^[2][6]
