Biography
Cordelia (Jackson) Smith is a part of US Black heritage.
Cordelia Jackson was born about 1872 in Virginia. She was the dauther of Thomas and Emma Jackson.[1]
She married David Henry Smith on 5 September 1894 in Lunenburg County, Virginia.[2]
Cordelia Elizabeth Smith, widowed, retired teacher, died on 25 January 1963 at Moses Nursing Home in Charlotte Court House, Virginia. She was said to be 65 years old (which is at least 20 years off). Her mother's name was not known. She was buried at Smith Family Cemetery in Victoria, Virginia.[3]
