He had lived in Hortonville for the past 20 years, moving here from a farm in the town of Greenville. Survivors are his wife, two sons, Howard of Chicago and Neal at home; and one brother, John of Hortonville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by the Rev. L. T. Foreman of the Baptist church. Burial will be in Union cemetery at Hortonville. Friends may call at the residence form Sunday afternoon until the time of the funeral."
His wife is the former Miss Flavilla Briggs, daughter of Ashley Briggs and Osca M. Whitman.They married on 23 mar 1889 in Hortonville.
