I am working on Samuel Rich's profile (https://www.WikiTree.com/wiki/Rich-3153) that you manage. Before I made the following change, I wanted to make sure you were OK with it. I am looking to resolve the FindAGrave reference that causes his profile to show up in the Data Doctor suggestions list because of the FindAGrave reference. To resolve it, I want to update the FindAGrave source entry to use the FindAGrave template. It would change from:
Samuel's son, Thomas[1]Memorial added for information
to:
Samuel's son, Thomas Find A Grave: Memorial #21181567 Memorial added for information
P.S. He is my fourth great grandfather, which is how I came across this issue.
Thank you for working to make WikiTree more accurate! The person Mercie Mary Holland; Holland-2598 and Holland-2690 need sources before being merged. The father of Merci Holland-2598, John Holland-1028, son of Gabriel Holland-645, has the statement ...
"The parents of Gabriel Holland are not known. However, it has been shown that he is not the son of John Holland and his wife Mary Molyneux, so they have been detached as his parents (see comments, which quote this page):
"There is a marriage record for John Hollande and Mary Molynax at St. Clement Dane Parish in London dated March 5, 1583/84 but there is no record showing them to be the parents of Gabriell Hollande christened 2-15-1595 at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Parish."[1]"
This statement makes the line confusing for me to know if a merge would be the correct thing to do. Liz L. (Noland-165) Shifflett, co-manager of the 'Magna Carta Project' may know how to advice you or direct you to someone who can help.
My Best
Bettye Holland-3338
P.S. Just to let you know there is another Mercie Mary Holland-3163
Hello, Cheryl! I see that you removed Joseph Rich and Sarah Coulson as the parents of Agnes McReynolds. I agree that they should not be linked until a time when the relationship is proven (I adopted many of these McReynolds profiles and have been trying to sort them out), but if you wouldn't mind jotting down your reasoning on Agnes' page (for the sake of anyone who might try to relink them in the future) I would really appreciate it! :)
You know you Rock! right? Finally found a "book about our family" that you wanted for so long! (and it confirms that we were right *teehee*) Thanks Sis! See you soon, and you're getting a GrEaT BiG HUG! ;-)
Oliver R Hall burial is a dead end . I was told by his son that he is buried at Chapel Hill outside of DeQueen , Arkansas. He got land in 1896 or 1998 in Sevier County, Arkansas
