Biography
Thomas was a Friend (Quaker)
Thomas was born in Rhode Island in August 1822.[1] The record of his marriage to Mary Allen names his parents as Daniel and Abigail Inman of Smithfield, Providence, Rhode Island.[2]
On 2d 11m 1843 Thomas married Mary Allen at Dartmouth, Massachusetts.[2]
In 1850 Thomas is recorded in the census as a farmer at Dartmouth, Massachusetts. In addition to Thomas and his wife, also in the household was Edward, age 4.[3]
The 1870 census lists Thomas and Mary as living at Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Also listed are Edward Inman, 24 and Hannah G Inman, 19, both born in Massachusetts.[4]
The 1880 census records him as a farmer at Dartmouth, Massachusetts.[5]
The 1900 census lists him at Westport Town, Massachusetts, widowed, born August 1822.[1]
