Biography
Frederick "Fred" Taylor Ikeler was born on March 27, 1941 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States, son of Frederick Taylor Ikeler (1910–1972) and Katherine Warwick Kyle (1911–1990).
Fred died on December 14, 1999 in Pennsylvania, United States, aged 58.[1] He was buried in Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania.[2]
