Frederick Walter Hyndman was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island on February 13, 1904.[1] He was the son of Walter Eardley Hyndman and Winnifred Sarah Cotton.
Frederick married Norah Cecile Shannon in 1934.
Frederick served as Lieutenant Governor of Prince Edward Island from March 31, 1958 to August 1, 1963.
Frederick died in Charlottetown on October 12, 1995, and was buried in Sherwood Cemetery, Brackley, Prince Edward Island.[2]
