Margaret was born in 1899 in the district of Kelvin, in Lanarkshire, Scotland.[1]
She emigrated with her father and two sisters to Queensland, Australia when she was 14. [2]
In 1922 Margaret married John Govey in the Brisbane metropolitan area, Queensland.[3]
Margaret died in 1979 and was interred in the Mount Thompson Memorial Gardens, Brisbane.[4]
