Marriage. On 2nd February 1865, he married Bessie McCann in the Colony of Queensland (Australia). Their marriage was registered in the Brisbane district. [1]
Death. Robert accidentally drowned 17th March 1882 at Theresa Creek. At the time, his occupation was a Carrier. His son James, aged 16, was able to identify his watch chain.
