Annie Marion Hunkin was born on 14 May 1890 in St Austell, Cornwall, England, United Kingdom, daughter of Benjamin Hunkin (1850 - 1896) and Lydia Courtis (1853 - 1921).

Her siblings were:

Annie married Russell Launcelot Rowe (~1891 - 1934) in 1919 in St Austell. Their daughter was Pauline Marion Rowe (1924 - 1996).

Annie died in 1975 in St Austell aged ~85.
