Biography

Leander was born in Indiana in 1861, the son of Abraham Hullinger and Ruth Gabriel.^[1] He married Emma R. Critten in Indiana in 1886.^[2] After Emma's death in 1924 he married Martha Jane Nicodemus Spitznogle Dehaven in 1926, Leander passed away in Indiana in 1934^[3] and is buried in Francisville, Indiana.^[4]

Notes

• No records of Leander's marriage to Martha could be found, but the obituary attached to his Find a Grave entry gives the date of 4 Aug 1926. The 1930 Census shows him married to Martha J. Hullinger.^[5] And there is a Find a Grave entry, Memorial ID #20769743, for Martha Jane Nicodemus Hullinger.
