Biography

Sarah Hull, daughter of Tristram Hull and his wife Blanche, was born in March 1650 in Barnstable, Plymouth Colony.[1] [2] [3]

She passed away in 1705.

Sarah was the widow of Mark Ridley. She married Joseph Allen in 1680 in Massachusetts. It was the second marriage for both. It appears that Joseph and Sarah lived at Dartmouth in what is now Bristol County, Massachusetts, for most of their married life. They had the following children:

Ralph Allen 1676–1747

Tristram Allen 1678–1724

Benjamin Allen 1680 – about 1747

Daniel Allen 1682–1747

Hannah Allen Rundels 1688–1749

Sarah Allen Devol 9 June 1692 – 1733

Reuben Allen 1694 – 26 November 1741

In an effort to rectify the Sarah Hull profiles, I have added a profile for Mark Ridley, this Sarah's first husband.

Sarah's mother was Blanche Hull; that addition is still pending since Blanche's profile is Project Protected.
