James was born in Bristol, England on 30 Nov 1901, the son of William Hulin and his wife Alice Fudge.[1] In 1911, their family was living in Fishponds, Bristol.[2][3]
He passed away in Golden, British Columbia on 1 Mar 1972; he had been a gaol guard.[1]
